Nano robots may serve as nano engines in driving the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in the future. It is an emerging tool that provides insightful simulators, improving its ease and use for biological purposes. This emerging tool may be useful for many health and scientific research applications. Current treatments like radiation therapy and chemotherapy often affect healthy cells more than cancerous cells, which can cause drastic side effects. Nano robots are designed in such a way that they can easily distinguish between malignant and normal cells by checking their surfaces. This information is provided with chemotatic sensors opted for specific antigens on the target cells. The signals are trapped through RFID-CMOS transponder system for In-vivo positioning, with help of a NCD software for Nanorobot sensing and actuation. Chemotactic sensors are simulated with E-cadherin and beta-catenin (acts as a biocompatible) for detecting the primary and metastatic phases of cancer. After detection, nanorobots decide the fate of the cells--whether they should be destroyed or not. Integrated mono sensors will be used in finding out the intensity of E-cadherin signals. Here E-cadherin signal intensity plays a vital role in detecting malignant cells from normal cells.
